Delivery & Returns

As the majority of my products are personalised I make everything to order.
Most products can be created and delivered to you within 1 - 2 weeks but this can vary either way depending on the quantity ordered and complexity of design.

If you would like me to confirm timescales for your product then please contact me before placing an order on the store and i'll be happy to discuss with you.

All products are delivered using Evri 1-3 business day service and the cost will be confirmed at checkout.

Due to the personal nature of the products i create for you, returns can only be accepted if items are delivered damaged or faulty. If this happens, please contact me and we'll agree a resolution.

If a return is necessary you will need to cover the cost of return postage.
